Blog plan to de-junkify myself and daughter's diet based on what my Grandma would have eaten. Not to include the Seagrams & 7 she mixed up some nights. Fresh grown foods, basics, limited junkfoods. As I develop my gardens based on being taught by my Grandma I'd like tostart to incorporate a better way of eating and document it here....complete with what will likely be stellar failures. I hope to develop recipes, lists & resources for heirloom plants, etc. Ambitious but hopefully a healthy change!
